In addition to contracts secured through competitive tender a considerable number of contracts are secured through negotiation which offers the opportunity to tailor both the works and the arrangements to suit the clients needs with the benefit of the contractors input at the pre-construction stage. As a small privately owned company we maintain excellent relationship with many Architectural Practices, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Designers paying attention to detail and the requirements of each individual project in order to minimise the degree of compromise in building. We also enjoy excellent relationships with many specialist companies who supplement our building service in areas of piling, tanking, mechanical and electrical services in addition to our own workforce who share our experience. |
